How booking works
How direct booking works with us. Linked legal pages hold the full terms and notices.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 30 days before arrival for a full deposit refund. Later cancellations keep the deposit by default. Asking to cancel is not the same as a completed cancellation.
Arrival
Check-in 14:00–15:00, check-out by 10:00. Early arrival, late leave or luggage storage only by agreement.
House rules
No indoor smoking, no parties. Quiet hours 23:00–08:00. Overnight stays only for registered guests.
Damage
Tell us at once about damage or faults. There is no automatic damage deposit; real costs may apply for clear negligence.
Access
Both apartments need stairs. No lift. Not marketed as wheelchair accessible.
